Shipping Policy

At Poke Vaults, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, and whenever possible, orders placed earlier in the day may be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Service

We use Multiples for our deliveries whenever available. This helps us provide a convenient and reliable delivery service.

Our standard Tracked 48 service generally aims to deliver within around 2 working days after dispatch. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.
